I wanted to see how TB would handle it. On this side, it decrypted the
outer "envelope" that contained the two separate ones, but it did not do
the inner ones.

Granted, that was probably a little excessive.  But it was a good
exercise on the command line, once I figured out how to end the messages
properly with ^Z.  BUT, it doesn't always seem to work. Meaning,
the passphrase for my sig doesn't always pop-up.

I produced those nested pgp blocks on my Win7.  I used the ^Z
termination, and got a passphrase pop-up.  But the same process is not
cooperating on my XP.
