Solid beds are almost a dime a dozen out here in California...All of the 
South Western states are "salt free" and nothing rusts, unless it's on the 
coast.  And I mean =ON= the coast.  74-81 Chevy trucks are also a dime a 
dozen and I suspect will become cheaper in the near future as they begin the 
OBD II smog testing.  You might be able to locate a sound bed in Texas where 
the snow doesn't get too deep and they don't use salt.  That may be the 
closest you'll come to finding rust free stuff...Good luck..
