I have written a program small program that is to be used on a novell network, it does require the user to enter their username and password correctly according to the bindary file before being able to get into the program shell. My problem is that the network has encrypted passowrds = on and when the user enters their passwords I get a message saying "illegal call attempting to send an unencrypted passowrd" I know you can type set allow unencrypted passwords=on to not encrypt the password before sending it to the server, but the admin preferrs that all calls are encrypted. Is there any way in pascal code that I can encrypt the password in my program. Any help is greatly appreciated. ...
