Reasonably OK piece. Excludes the great pool of petro-dollars which is
flowing round the world & is not being spent on US dollar goods &
services & is thus landing in the hands of Japanese & EU etc
suppliers which are then trying to turn them into Yen & Euro as fast as
possible.
