Glenn (or anyone?), do you know anywhere I can file request or ftp this
file from?  Being an insatiable collector off FFTs, wavelet transforms and
such, I simply must have this one! :)

I've various C and ASM FFTs here, nearly all of which came as .. 'FFT.ZIP'!
