After I responded to this message, my uplink's system went down and my
response sat on my system until he got running again.

I had to send the same archive to Dan Ceppa, so I put both your names in
the BCC field -- you both should have the file by now (I didn't bother to
toggle on the Return Receipt Request -- it can be an annoyance on both
ends).

If either of you did not get the e-mail / file attachment, let me know and
I'll resend it.
