Similar. The axis of an off-axis Cass would still extend from the center
of the image plane to the object in a straight line, just as if you did a
Cass layout and erased parts of the optical surfaces.
The TCT's are not constrained by this axis location. The TCT axis
intercepts the center of each element in turn, sort of like a refractor
with some acute bends of the light path and axis. The abberation
calculations are different, and a whole lot else.
Yeah that's it. New design. A PRETZEL reflector.

A bit of playing around with Oslo should produce the design again. The
approximate location of the lenses is available in the drawing and the idea
that the lenses are tilted will make things easier to puzzle out. FWIW,
aren't the off axis designs mostly off axis sections of cass telescope
designs?
