Nope.  It takes the raw D.* and C.* files that FXUUCICO downloads via
UUCP.  Direct UUCPWildcat! message base processing.  wcUUCP did the
same thing with the older versions of Wildcat! 5.  In fact, I got the
copy of FXUUCICO from the old Wildcat! 5 ICP addon :)
