Haven't received your e-mail address.. ?

Google for BOOT201.ZIP. Be careful, I found quite a few. The particular
archive I'm referring to will have a date of Sunday, October 16th, 1988
(yeah, I know, it's old but it is amongst the best that I've come across)
and the author's name is Stephen C. Kick.

There are some suggestions I would like to make (after you obtain the
archive), if you're interested.

           Cheers ... Gerald
