Was the other 3 times due to rained out qualifing as well as being on a road 
course where there are specialty drivers that only run those races? I 
personally think we should have a rule on rained out qualifing and should 
definently be used at the beginning of next years contest. I would aggree to 
allow him to change his place picks, but thats my personal opinion and I don't
want to step on anyone toes or make anyone mad. As long as the race hasn't 
started he should be allowed to change his place picks.
