I use two CABAC UPS-650DV2 units and are happy with them. Small, cheap 
and everything is displayed on an LCD screen on the front of them. Come 
with Windoze management software, not OS/2 of course and are USB 
connected under Windoze but same as you, I don't need automated shutdown 
- these run for 10-15 minutes after power failure before finally closing 
down.
