It is listed as PSTN because it does FSC001. :-)

I picked IP first because we already have a flag defined IP. This was
because of the flag and not the protocol. However, anything that we do over
the Internet is going to use IP. I am also OK with

INET
Internet

Or anything else that defines that the connection utilizes some protocol
over the internet. I will switch mine over to INET.
