subject: [OS2HW] Clock inaccurate

The past several weeks the date/time are behind by several days. Changing
date manually and using Nistime2 updates clock. Is this the
sign of a weak bios battery? Bios settings have not changed. Something
other on motherboard. Is this something to be concerned about?
Changing date/time every 3 days is annoying but not serious yet.
