Visually, by slowing it back down to f/12, it is actually possible to
discard the Lanthanum Crown altogether:

Warning however.  These tend to behave quite differently in ZEMAX, often
taking several thousand optimization iterations to stop.  There may be some
differential equations similar to the Maksutov equation that are being
solved here.  Then again... it may just be attempting to trade off
aberrations with fewer elements.
