But seriously, I do have some real feedback. In particular, it would have
to do with PC vs. console messages.
Personally, I feel that those kinds of messages (where the author intends
to compare PCs and consoles directly) are valid and should be allowed in the
echo, presuming of course that the conversation is balanced (so that PCs
don't overwhelm it).
The main reason is that quite a few PSX (and even Saturn & N64) titles
exist on the PC, and vice versa. As such, trying to seperate the two from
some discussions is nigh-impossible. Also, PCs themselves are becoming very
valid (albeit expensive) game machines in themselves. The main differences
are just quantity and quality; more RAM, better 3D hardware, etc. True,
things are more complicated on the PC, but it's not that hard and it should
be getting easier.
Thanks for opening up to us people "down here," and let's hope that any
changes are for the better.
