Morning All,
Well after letting the mirror cool down for a couple of hours I decided
what the hell and took my first set of readings on it. I've used CouderMask
to give me the sizes of the zones and I have reproduced the output here.

Units of measurement = millimeters
Mirror Outside Diameter = 200.0
Mirror Clear Aperture= 197.0
Mirror f/ - Number = 5.11
Secondary Diameter = 46.0
Optimum number of zones = 4.2 (k = 37 nM) Number of zones for main mask = 4
(k = 40 nM) Number of zones for intermediate mask = 4 Intermediate mask
includes center zone. Zone widths are limited so that k <= 37 nM. Zone
Center Radii calculated according to Carlin.

Zone R inner R outer R center Rcenter
                                          Method

  0 24.234 51.891 39.299 Carlin
  1 53.125 71.524 62.663 Carlin
  2 71.524 86.075 78.967 Carlin
  3 86.075 98.500 92.392 Carlin

Below are my actual readings. I realise a few more sets is required but
does anything stand out as being blatantly wrong that I haven't picked up
on? I'll do the next few sets before moving on with more figuring on the
blank.

Zone 0 0
Zone 1 0.07
Zone 2 1.2
Zone 3 1.5

I've spent more time using the machine than practising testing so that's my
next challenge. Any help or comments are appreciated. Pics of the blankare
at the bottom link in my signature.

Cheers

John Murray
