If hollow, fill it with stuff that will absorb vibration.  My favorite is
sand plus motor oil.  Toss in some gravel too.

If not hollow, attach a mass on the side with something that absorbs
energy.  Old automotive engine mounts are good.    You'll have to
experiment around with the mass and springiness of the energy absorber to
match the frequency you want to damp.
