2. you promised to fax me the order & then it came in the mail 3 weeks later
3. you had a salesperson at our company already & if you had told me that
i would have connected you with him in the 1st place
4. when you ordered there was NO 95 version of the software out yet
so you got the 3.11 version (like you asked for)
