my idea for NBA realignment...

Under this format, the playoff format would be about the same...the division 
champs would get one of the 3 top seeds in their conference's playoffs (top 
division champ gets top seed, 2nd-best division champ gets 2nd seed, other 
division champ gets #3 seed, and seeds #4-#8 would be for wild-card teams.
