MS¯         He's lucky. Making a turn at over 12 mph in one of those
MS¯ things can kill you.
Every one of those jeep wannabees I've ever driven in the army had
in three-inch high letters stenciled across the dashboard:
"A SUDDEN TURN MAY MEAN SUDDEN DEATH"...
I took their word for it, and treated an M-151 like it was made out
of eggs...
