A mix of acetone, sulfuric acid, and 40% hydrogen peroxide might work. Chill the solvent and peroxide in ice, slowly add the acid, and save the little white crystals. If you can collect and dry them, you will have enough acetone peroxide to do a nice job of removing the mirror. To learn more, do a google search for acetone peroxide or HMDT.
