HUM, this is a rule that I have not already planned for in the rules and has
never happened.  Normally if qualifying is rained out the only rule is that
you cannot change your picks unless the race is rescheduled one week later.

Also anyone picking Jimmy Johnson for the pole this week would not recieve
bonus points since qualifying was rained out.

Let me think about this and get back with you.  Normally picking a driver
that winds up not making the field gives you a zero for that driver and it
has happened in the past.  In fact at least 3 times that I know of.  Guess
thats why I need to anticipate things like this happening and making it to
where the rules will cover it. ;)  I'll make an anouncement soon on what I
decide.
