Here is a picture of the finest cerox slurry dispenser ever devised:

You can buy them at any drugstore, mistakenly labeled as "Ketchup Dispenser
- 500ml."  Non-yuppies may still be able to find some old 16 oz. models.

Skillful stopper-finger control dispenses anything between a drop to a
good-sized dollop with a mere flick of the wrist.  Control the
concentration by the amount of pre-shake.  Just top it off with water once
in a while, in proportion to the amount of precipitate at the bottom.
