It's supposed to be an annual thing, but sometimes it slips my mind.  Each 
January I like to loosen up the rules a bit and solicit feedback on my 
moderation style in the VID_GAME echo.  While I am always open to feedback, I 
usually limit it to netmail or email, as I figure we'd all rather read 
messages about home videogame consoles instead of messages about the echo 
itself.
Rule 5, which prohibits discussing moderator action in the echo, is suspended 
until February 14, 1998.  If you have any questions or comments about the 
echo, suggested rules or policy change, or whatever, you may post them in the 
VID_GAME echo until that date.  I will try to respond to all messages.  
Starting Feb 15, such discussion goes back to netmail.
