Hello Rob,
AI>> If it was part of universal health care there wouldn't be any
AI>> abuse.
RM> It's part of universal health care in England, and universally
RM> bad.. an international joke.
I saw this in the movie sicko. It was a big success, at least in that
movie. That's all the info I have ever seen about it. I was impressed but I
may need info from other sources as well.
RM> We spend about $4500 per person on

RM> Also keep in mind that any cost 'per person' is probably close to

RM> Lots of people too young or too poor or not working in a taxable

We need to pay for it one way or another, out of our pocket or out of our
taxes. I'm not sure what is the best route to go.
I lean toward paying out of our taxes so noone gets left behind.
RM> Dental may be a health factor but it would have to save them
RM> a Pile of money for them to consider it. Look at eye exams..
RM> Dozens of people who don't know they have a problem but refuse

RM> covered will probably end up blind and costing the system a good
RM> deal of money (ignoring the 'human' factor) but not costing the
RM> system Enough money for them to cover eye tests..
My situation is the opposite. I need to replace my glasses every few years
so I pay it. I can't afford to get my teeth done so it doesn't happen.
Ttyl :-),
Al
... Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
