Well if this was the attitude of a business then they should be out of
business because they don't have a clue! The people that broke in had nothing
to do with the good people that are your customer base. They are lowlifes
just as you said. The people who did the snatch and grab don't count for much
either they are thieves and here again the people who buy from your store
have nothing to do with thieves. I don't think if I lost all that you have
said I would worry so much about the thieves as I would be about the people
working there. If your store is a mom and pop type store as you kinda
described I would think it would be staffed by enough people to allow for
proper protection of the store. If the case is just that you have to much
going on then WHY put your stock on the shelves. Most stores I know around
here have empty boxes in areas customers have access to. The displays are all
protected by either electronics are a VERY watchful eye. I am not trying to
put the blame on the owners but I would strongly suggest that after the first
time someone was careless to allow it to happen again.
