Hi Tom
This may be your cleaning procedure ( or it may be a
lap that has a hard spot ). When you get ready to remove the lap from the
mirror, have a squirt bottle of water handy. Immediately after separating,
spray down the entire mirror. Slosh the mix around with a clean hand and
light force. Rinse the mirror and dry quickly with a fresh paper towel. Dry
from the center out so as not to drag stuff from the edge of the mirror.
Don't allow standing water to dry on the mirror.
