no... not a good one that is reliable... definitely not for w3x... the ones
attempted for w9x barely worked if they worked at all... when m$ with with
the NT type format, that's when things were able to be done properly...

i certainly would not be trying to put any w3x or w9x systems on the
internet, either... that's fail just waiting to happen...
