I don't NEED to use Internet to its 'full potential'.  I don't want to pay
for a T1 line, and a Unix box, and all the networking hardware, or even the
extensive software, just to look at WWW pages, and do ftp.  Why buy a BMW
when all you do is drive down to the highway to get the mail?
