Greetings All,

Our European friends have found a flaw in the FigureXP code.  The flaw
relates to 'Regional Settings' and how Decimal numbers are represented.
Certain European areas represent decimal notation with a ","
instead of a "." (IE one and one half millimeter is written 1,5mm
instead of 1.5mm)

I'm currently working on a fix for this, but in the interim, the following
workaround can be applied to assist in testing and verify the new code.

Goto Start/Settings/Control Panel/ Regional and Language Options/Regional
Options tab.  Select English (United States) from the drop down list and
click OK.
