These can easily be shot out with a rifle. Try it -- you won't be
sorry. Similarly, the streetlights that ruin the otherwise dark skies at
state parks can be quelled with a wrist rocket.
I'd suggest the wrist rocket for the cell tower lights, too, but they are
usually too high. A rim-fire .22, though, is all you'll need to take care
of them.
