Byron, Go to the "W" stroke and get used to it. If you are
close to your
target F number, dig in and
grind. If you are out to the edge on shovel strokes, It is a possibility
that you are pushing too much
on the edges of your glass. If your center is close, within a piece of
paper or a thick hair, go for the
"W" stroke with the barrel dance. This will form your tool to the
curve. If the center is not deep enough,
Concentrate on the center , not the edges. Don't get too deep. Your
process of going through the
different size grits will make your curve and deepen your curve. I am sure
Bob or Mel will tell
you more experienced information, but Don't push to hard on the edge!!!!
