Hello Andrew
AY> my advice is simply dont lose the faith. ;)
I thought I had booked into Emergency Lethargy Syndrome club or summat. Last
month all the members of this forum had a `group meet' in the restuarant at
the top of the Empire State Building. Yes, it meant a lot of time, money and
effort on most people's parts-especially those not living in the USA who
would have to organise flights, accomodation, etc. However-y'see-the venue
location itself was purely academic-because the whole *point* of this BBS
Echo is that you don't *do* anything. So much so, that the `turn out' for
said meeting was 0%-a perfect attendance and accurate reflection on the
`principles' of those who write in here. I myself went to a lot of trouble
not to turn up as did Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker out of Star Wars) who had
previously agreed `not' to host the occasion. Let's hope that April has an
equally-`productive' result and that the rendevous point can be a little more
exotic. Howsabout the Egyptian Pyramids or Niagara Falls or summat?. I'm sure
most of the readers here could avoid these locales if they put their minds to
it! (;-)
Cheers
Bruce
P.S.: What the hell has this to with EMS, BTW?.
