Unfortunately, it seems I had some link problems... The old bugaboo about
the backbones arbritrarily declaring echos "dead" and dropping
them from their distribution, despite the echo being echolisted and
messages having been posted there within a year's time.

Looks like I've got it sorted out now, though. Hopefully you'll see my next
few messages there.
