Employee wages are close but the company cost is not, due to the
huge backlog of retired people supported by the North American
car companies. Rough cost per employee is $71 per hour for them
and about $47 per hour for the big Japanese companies.

The Korean's (Kia, Hyundai).. lord knows where they fit in..
Probably about 75~ per hour...     B)
