Well, a few years ago, I wouldn't have believed that an ST could do 16 colors
in ST medium, or 256 in ST low, but I have programs now that do this, and do
it extrememly well.  I even have one that manages 3374 colors in ST low. 
Given that, and my past experiences in 30 years in the computer business, I
don't write ANYTHING off as being impossible, because as soon as I do, some
idiot who didn't KNOW it was impossible goes and just DOES IT..  sigh.
