I don't think it would work. We already have semaphores for the VDI
and the AES methods of turning the mouse on and off, and we can't get
those two in sync. Now, you wanna add one more ? I don't see it
as being a good idea.

Or, rewrite the OS so that the AES, VDI, and LineA calls are ALL the
exact same code that works on the same semaphore. And even THAT might
not work since some braid dead programmers will turn the mouse off 3
or 4 times with the lineA and then turn it back on with just one call
to lineA. Those apps would break (err .. I guess they are already broken).
So .. its trash can time.
