	I am referred to you by Free Software Foundation.

   	Is there a way to get fixes to problems others must surely
have requested in the past (some archive)? One of the GNU-Emacs I use
is on a VAX cluster/network where all the VAXs run VMS. It is plagued
by still unsolved ^s/^q problems, ^g blowing-away the VT-100 keypad
functionality etc. To get to any VAX users must PAS-THRU either
DEC servers or (the older 32 port) Terminal servers.
