I am posting a demonstration copy of Microsoft's CodeView to
net.micro.pc.  CodeView is the screen-oriented debugger that
comes with version 4 of Microsoft's C compiler.  Microsoft
encourages distribution and copying of the demo version of
CodeView, so I thought I would pass it along.

The posting will be in six parts.  Be sure to extract it in the
same directory when you get each part.
