If there's someone there writing one now, I'm interested. At this point, what the use for it isn't fully certain, but several applications come to mind: file transfer between mac & pc of MS Word files (the Mac end has a conversion routine that goes between the two); MacPaint grabbing from public places, then running through conversion programs on the PC end (already available) to look at the things; generally a desire to have files and file formats portable between machines.
