STRONGHOLDMUD

StrongholdMUD is a detailed and realastic world. A unique one-of-a-kind map holds 25,000 unique rooms, in each of which players can build buildings, walls, gather resources, and form cities.

There are 32 possible skill combinations, and 124 possible roles total. There are more than a hundred abilities. There are islands and oceans, which may be traversed by flying or ship. PVP is not restricted, however, newbies are protected until level 100. A detailed ranged combat system has just been implemented.
